How it works
Our review system is designed to streamline feedback collection and enhance user satisfaction.
- Review Request Sent: When a customer is checked out by a staff member, if there is a valid phone nmumber, a text message is sent requesting a star based review. The customer can also leave a comment.
- Review Data Collected: One click on the stars and the customer sends a rating about their visit. The customer has up to 3 days to complete the review.
- Reports and Charts: Detailed reports are generated on user feedback, ratings, and reviews to gain insights into performance and areas of improvement.
- EMail Notification on low rating: If a person gives a low rating, an email is sent to alert a staff member so they can address the issue quickly.
- All reviews and comments are kept in-house and not published on the internet. Optionally, you can forward the customer to Google Reviews if they click on 4 or 5 stars.

- All Reviews are kept internal. Our review system is for management purposes. It not like a social media platform. Optionally, a customer can be forwarded to Google Reviews if they give 4 or 5 stars but the reviews on Google are separate from our internal reviews.
- All Reviews are from actual Customers. Reviews are only sent to actual customers and they have 3 days to post a review or comment. There are no fake reviews and no competitors can see or manipulate your data.
- Simple and Fast. Reviews are designed to be fast and easy. The helps get more customers to respond instead of bothering them with a survey.
- Low Rating Notification. If a person gives a low rating, an email is sent and a staff member can address the issue immediately.
